The XML integration allows you to import product data (images, descriptions, prices, stocks) into your shop. This can be done in two ways, each time using the XML generator.
Please note that you must be logged in if you want to generate a file for integration.
BASIC XML INTEGRATION OF ALL PRODUCTS FROM THE ONLINE WHOLESALER IKONKA
You will do this in three simple steps:
1. log in to your customer panel
2. enter the XML generator
- Download the Basic file (XML containing all products with all information)
- or download the Light file (XML allowing you to set up frequent updates of the most important information such as product code [KX], barcode, product price, stocks, VAT)
3. upload the files to your shop.
Done! Our product range is now in your shop.
ADVANCED XML INTEGRATION - CREATE A PERSONALISED FILE
Allows you to set up a file to integrate selected products with selected characteristics into your sales platform or online shop.
PART 1 - HOW TO CREATE AN XML FILE?
STEP 1: GO TO THE FILE GENERATOR (CLICK)
Once you enter the generator, you will see four tabs (remember you must be logged in):
XML FILE: here you will find links to copy the address of your file. From here you copy the path in order to place it in the integrator or provide it to the operator who requests it.
NOTE: You must configure the file and set filters before copying.
FILE CONFIGURATION: the elements that will appear on the product card in your auction. You can move them around freely.
GOODS FILTERING: filters with which you can select products for your shop by quantity, price or category, among other things.
LATEST PRODUCTS: here you will find a list of products recently added to the XML file along with the date they were added.
Remember that you can create up to 5 different XML files - just select the next configuration.
STEP 2: FILE CONFIGURATION
In the FILE CONFIGURATION tab, you will find 2 columns with tiles:
CODE - stands for KX, which is the code the product is marked with
VAT - the amount of VAT
PRICE - this is the suggested gross price, i.e. the price at which you can sell your products (note that we do not suggest a maximum price)
EDIT: PRICE - here is the suggested net price (without VAT), i.e. the price you can sell your products for (remember we do not suggest a maximum price).
After listening to your suggestions, we are making a change to the XML file - the gross suggested price displayed, we change to the net suggested price.
The change will make it easier for you to work with products delivered to your sales channels via the file.
If you have already connected a new file, change the settings related to the suggested price field.
NAME - the name of the product
CATEGORY - the category to which the product belongs
PRODUCER ID - the number assigned to the product manufacturer
WARNINGS - product-related warnings
DESCRIPTION - description of the product, which you can use in your shop or on your auction
PHOTOS - pictures of the product, which you can use in your shop or auction
BARCODE - 13-digit EAN code
STOCK - number of available products in stock
SHORT DESCRIPTION - a short description of the product, which you can use in your shop or in your auction
DELIVERY TIME - period of time during which the product is expected to be delivered (dispatched)
NUMBER OF PACKAGES IN CARTON - the number of pieces of a product that one carton can hold
NEXT DELIVERY - the next expected delivery of the product to our warehouse
VOLUME - the volume of the product
WEIGHT - the weight of the product
TOO LARGE FOR PACZKOMAT - whether the product fits into the box in a parcel machine InPost
The tiles with product information can be freely moved and arranged in a row. In this way we create the order and list of information we need - simply drag the tile.
The information you place on the left-hand side in the "SELECTED BOXES" column by dragging them from the "AVAILABLE BOXES" column will determine what information will appear on your product card: e.g. if you select PHOTO, PRICE, NAME, the photo of the product with its price and name will appear on the product card. If you also add a DESCRIPTION tile, then the entire description will also appear on the product card.
STEP 3: FILTERING GOODS
In this tab, you can choose exactly which goods will be included in your XML file.
Here we select specific products, categories, conditions, etc.
What possibilities do we have?
By setting individual filters, we will obtain a file containing, for example, the category HOUSE AND GARDEN, as well as GOODS and all other products from the other categories that contain the phrase HOUSE in them.
We can generate any combination - for example, all products with more than 10 items in stock. The combinations are unlimited. However, we know from experience that most of our customers ask for a file containing all active products.
NOTE: When generating a link containing all products, bear in mind that this will be a very large and heavy file. This may (or may not) overload the integrator you are working on. If this happens and the file takes too long to load, please contact us.
NOTE: Why is the file empty?
The file should be opened while logged into the platform. If the file is empty, it is likely that filters are set up which do not allow you to show any goods. Leaving the file without filters will make the file empty.

PART 2: USING THE TWO-FILE INTEGRATION BASIC AND LIGHT
Working on 2 files allows the integrator's work to be split into two parts, with the first file updating images and descriptions once a day and the LIGHT file updating sensitive data such as price and current stock availability every hour.
In the integration process, the BASIC+LIGHT integration can be used
BASIC: (DESCRIPTION + PHOTOS) - refresh once a day
LIGHT: (PRICE AND STOCK) - quick update every hour

How do I download all the products on offer?
Simply download the finished version of the XML file - it contains all the products available in our Wholesale range:
However, if you only need selected products or product categories - create a personalised Basic file using the instructions above.

STEP 2: LIGHT FILE - CREATE A FILE FOR QUICK PRICE AND STOCK UPDATES
NOTE: LIGHT FILE required by Baselinker or SkyShop, among others.

To create a personalised LIGHT file with selected products or product categories we should use the same procedure as in STEP 1.
ATTENTION: remember to create file number 2 (number 1 is occupied by the main BASIC file) generating all or only the products you are interested in, but at configuration level select only the tiles: CODE, CODE, STATE, VAT AND PRICE - that is the information that will be updated many times a day, plus a code to associate the products.

PART 3 - HELP AND FILE CHECK
1) Error 404 - the generator is empty.
If this is the case, please log in - the generator only works for logged in users.
2) No products in the file.
In most cases this is due to incorrect filters. Please ensure that you have selected the correct filters. To check whether the file contains content, paste the path in the browser window.
When you paste a correctly configured file into your browser, you will get a similar view. Please note that you must be logged in.
