- for the purpose of concluding mail order contracts, their handling and execution - pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 - for the purpose of concluding and executing the contract, for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which the sales contract was concluded. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the inability to fulfill orders.  The recipient of your data will be the hosting provider and shipping companies through which the ordered goods will be delivered, as well as the online payment operator - in the case of payments made through the operator;

- for the purpose of promoting our own products - pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 - to object to receiving commercial information or to the cessation of the business purpose. Providing personal data for the purpose of receiving commercial information is voluntary. Potential recipients of the data are the hosting provider, the company providing marketing services to the data controller, and the provider of software used to send commercial information.

- for the purpose of collecting information related to the user's use of the online store (cookies) - pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 - specifically for the purpose of: maintaining the user's session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage of the online store, adapting and optimizing the online store to the needs of customers, creating statistics on the viewing of subpages of the online store, storing the contents of the shopping cart, ensuring the security and reliability of the online store - the recipient of the above data will be the website software and hosting provider, Google Inc. based in the USA, Benhauer Sp. z o.o.. The data processed in this regard will be processed until the business reason ceases to exist.
