We would like to inform you that starting from September 1, 2025, new rules for accessing XML files will apply – XML will be available as a paid service.
This change is introduced to improve our operations, ensure reliable cooperation, and provide you with the highest quality of service.
What's changing?
Registration and account activation
To access the XML file, you need to have an active B2B account in our wholesale platform. Accounts are activated after verification by our Sales Department.
New form of access
The XML file will be available as an additional service, which can be purchased directly on our platform.
Access will be activated within 24 business hours after payment has been confirmed.
Annual fee
Clients from Poland: 199 PLN gross
International clients: 50 EUR gross
How to purchase an annual subscription?
1. Select the XML file and add it to your shopping cart in the same way as you would purchase products from the Ikonka B2B Wholesale store. - PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE THE XML FILE WITH YOUR ORDERS, THE XML FILE MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY!
2. Select the order type as OWN ORDER - PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE THE XML FILE WITH YOUR ORDERS, THE XML FILE MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY!
3. Select BANK TRANSFER or PAY ONLINE as the payment method.
4. After making the payment, you will receive an invoice from us for the purchase of the XML file - after 24 working hours from the payment being credited, we will enable access to XML integration.

Possibility of fee exemption
We are pleased to inform you that the fee does not apply to clients who have been cooperating with us for at least 12 months and achieved a turnover in the last 12 months of at least:
min. 100 000 PLN net (clients from Poland)
min. 23 000 EUR net (international clients)
Clients meeting these conditions will continue to have XML access free of charge.
Clients subject to the new fee will be notified in advance.
