In the following tutorial, we explain how to carry out the integration of Wholesale Ikonka with Apilo using XML files.
Apilo https://apilo.com/pl/: is a modern multi-channel sales management system.
To use the integration, you must be registered with our wholesaler: https://www.ikonka.eu/en/registration.html
After filling in the form, wait for a return message to the email address you have provided in the form - this can take up to 24 hours.
If you are already registered - you can immediately proceed to the next step.
You can connect Ikonka wholesalers in Apilo in the tab Goods and services -> Wholesalers
Find Ikonka Wholesalers in the list and click Add:
Complete the form:
When completing the form, you will need BASIC and LIGHT files. You will download these on our website using the XML generator.
BASIC file - updates all products with all information once a day.
LIGHT file - updates sensitive information such as price, product code [KX], vat and current stock availability every hour.
We encourage you to download ready-made links to the BASIC and LIGHT files, which contain all the products from our warehouse. You will find them in the XML generator - go in and download the links. However, if you are only interested in specific product groups, products with selected features, or you do not need all the information - use the advanced integration and personalise your XML files.
Paste links
Paste the finished links into the appropriate places in the form:
Product file path - link to Basic file
Stock file path - link to Light file
Complete the rest of the form and save it.
