Each international shipment is quoted individually so that we can select the most suitable and cost-effective delivery option for your order.
What affects the shipping cost?

Dropshipping delivery in Poland and abroad
In the dropshipping model, we prepare and dispatch orders directly to your end customer once payment has been received and the products are available in stock.
For international dropshipping orders, we use the shipping label supplied by the customer. The label should be generated in A6 format.

We pick, pack and prepare the parcel for delivery directly to your customer.
International orders
International dropshipping orders are processed using your own shipping label.
Logistics fee
Picking, packing and handling an order with your own label costs PLN 5.50 net, excluding the carrier’s shipping charge.

The following rates apply to deliveries within Poland. They may be useful if your company, warehouse, fulfilment partner or customer is located in Poland.

Dropshipping rates within Poland
The prices below apply to one parcel. If an order requires several parcels, the system calculates the corresponding delivery cost automatically. The maximum parcel weight is 30 kg and the maximum parcel volume is 0.2 m³.

Raben pallet delivery
We also handle larger B2B restocking orders. Pallet delivery is a practical option for high-volume orders, bulky products and shipments that exceed standard parcel limits.
For international pallet shipments, the final cost is quoted individually based on the destination, postcode, dimensions and total weight.
Using your own shipping label
You can arrange collection with your own carrier by selecting the option “Other courier – own shipping label”. This option is particularly useful for marketplace sales and international dropshipping orders.
A6 label format
The shipping label should be generated in A6 format and submitted in accordance with the order process.
International delivery
International dropshipping orders are fulfilled exclusively with the customer’s own shipping label.
Handling fee
The PLN 5.50 net fee covers picking, packing and preparing the parcel. Carrier charges are billed separately.
