12 RULES FOR SMOOTH COOPERATION
We have prepared a dozen points to help us get to the next level together - by following these rules, our cooperation will be smooth, all processes will run smoothly and you, as our Partner, will start earning better and gain more time.
1) Let's keep an eye on payment terms.
When working with such many companies, it is impossible for us to remind everyone of payment deadlines. Invoices not paid on time block the shipment of further orders. We therefore remind you to monitor your payments and available free trade credit.
In the case of deferred payment terms, we recommend that you do not wait until the last day of the payment date and act in advance. This will ensure that orders are not held up by waiting for the payment to be posted.
For dropshipping orders, it is necessary for the payment to be credited to your account. Transfer confirmation can only be taken into account for larger orders in the wholesale model - this is due to the automation of the order fulfillment process.
2) We meticulously fill in the required fields.
When placing orders, please remember to fill in your customer details accurately. Correctly generating a self-addressed label with the entry of the correct number from the label, choosing the right form of delivery, will save us possible hours or days spent rescuing an incorrectly addressed parcel.
3) Pay attention to the delivery time.
On the product card you will find the so-called shipping date - this means the time it takes from placing the order for the goods to be handed over to the courier for delivery.
4) Goods not available on the platform.
It is not possible to order unavailable goods. This will minimize the risk of orders not being fulfilled. If you are interested in a product, you can sign up for an availability reminder on its card.
5) Banners and newsletters will provide information.
Important information will be displayed on the main banner on the platform and sent as an email. It is worth following the newsletters so that you do not miss this key information.
6) We will respond to email.
If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave an email - we will respond to each one.
7) Bookmark First Steps as a resource.
Most matters are covered in the First Steps guide, Frequently Asked Questions and in the Rules and Regulations. We encourage you to read and remind yourself before the season: https://www.ikonka.eu/blog/en/first-steps
8) Product colors and notes.
For dropshipping orders, if the customer has not specified a particular colour or pattern requirement please do not fill in the comments field. This will ensure that the order will not be held up if a particular variant is not available. By leaving it up to us, we have the opportunity for smooth processing. Please refer to the description - there you will find information about the available patterns.
9) Use the customer panel.
Documents and orders can be found in the customer panel - shortages in the order, defects in the goods, discrepancies with the description and complaints should also be submitted at this level.
10) XML integration.
We invite you to read the refreshed instruction manual for XML integration, it touches on extended topics: https://www.ikonka.eu/blog/en/integrations
There is nothing worse than a breakdown during peak season. Let's make sure we know everything and everything works as it should.
11) Editing orders
Due to logistical constraints, we no longer have the option to add goods to an order while it is being completed. When you place an order to add a product, you need to check the status of the order. If it has already received the status 'Packed' - we are no longer able to edit it.
12) Personal collection
Please respect our personal collection hours.
Pick-ups of goods will be carried out during the hours: 10:00 to 15:00 at the headquarters of the Ikonka wholesaler in Bialystok:
WHOLESALER IKONKA
