At Ikonka Wholesale we focus on an active lifestyle! 馃挭 It's very important to us, so once a week we meet for yoga in the mornings to get a bit of exercise and get in the right mood for a challenging day.
Yoga has a salutary effect on our health - both physical and mental. Regular practice makes the body stronger and more flexible: no one's back hurts at Ikonka 馃槈 .

A few simple asanas really do make a difference - of course, ones that everyone can cope with (even those who are really beginners and have little stretch). Our regular repertoire certainly includes malasana (ideal for all those who sit at a desk for 8 hours every day), trikonasana or balasana, but there have also been daredevils who have stood on their hands and sat in front split!
