On 27 November 2025, IKONKA Wholesale had the pleasure of participating in the Kawka o eCommerce event – one of those industry meetings that truly combine theory with practice and bring together people actively involved in online sales. For us, it was a special event, because Konrad Zawistowski, CEO of IKONKA Wholesale, appeared as a speaker, sharing the knowledge he has gained over years of handling thousands of e-commerce orders.
For years, we have been operating ‘behind the scenes’ of online shops, supporting them in the areas of logistics, product sourcing, import and dropshipping. Participating in Kawka o eCommerce was a natural step for us - it is a space where we can share our experience based not on theories, but on real data and everyday business practice.

During the event, Konrad Zawistowski gave a lecture entitled:
‘Dropshipping or import? Brutal cost differences that determine your profit.’
This topic, which has been stirring up emotions in the world of e-commerce for years, was presented in a concrete, transparent manner, free of marketing simplifications. Instead of promises of ‘quick profits,’ participants received a reliable comparison of two sales models based on actual costs, margins and operational challenges.

Behind the scenes of an e-commerce warehouse
A particularly valuable aspect of the presentation was the insight it provided into the behind-the-scenes workings of Hurtownia IKONKA, which remain invisible to many online retailers on a daily basis. Konrad Zawistowski spoke about the challenges associated with handling orders and purchases in various sales models, such as:
dropshipping,
stock sales,
contracting and importing,
customer-ordered imports.
This allowed participants to look at e-commerce from a broader perspective - not only as shop and business owners, but also as operational partners who have to make informed cost and strategic decisions.

IKONKA - a partner who knows e-commerce from the inside out
As ikonka.eu, we have been supporting the development of e-commerce for years, providing solutions that have a real impact on the profitability of our partners' businesses. Our presence at Kawka o eCommerce confirmed that practical knowledge and transparency are the foundation of long-term cooperation in this industry.
Such events are not only an opportunity for us to share our experience, but also to talk to entrepreneurs, listen to their needs and observe the directions in which the market is heading. Direct contact with the industry is of great value to us and inspires us to further development.
