Wholesale - Discount policy
The prices shown on www.ikonka.eu/en are in net rates and already include your discount. You do not need to calculate anything or enter codes. What you see on the platform is the earned price. The discount increases with your turnover.
On some products we can give a larger discount, with others we do not have such room for manoeuvre.
Trade credit
The granting and amount of trade credit is decided by your account manager on the basis of your payment history. The starter package is granted after the third smooth order and is as follows:
Credit amount: To be agreed with the account manager
Payment term: 4 days
In practice, this means that orders placed up to the agreed trade credit amount are processed on the same day without waiting for payment, and you have 4 days to pay the order amount.
IMPORTANT! Trade credit is excluded in 2 cases:
when 30% of the value of the invoices is unpaid,
when the customer has not cooperated with us for 12 months.
