Placing a dropshipping order
Step 1 - Customer places an order on your website/auction
Log in to your account
Step 2 - Place the order
search for your product by name, KX symbol or find it in the category tree
add the product to your basket
choose the type of order:
own order: goes to you in the traditional form
dropshipping order: the goods go directly to your customer.
Step 3: choose the method of delivery to your customer
You can choose delivery on your own label
You have the option available to deliver goods to your customer with your own label. We also allow you to collect your order from a courier of your choice - not all courier companies have a regular drop off, so if you wish to use, for example, Pocztex, Poczta Polska or DHL you should select the OTHER courier (own label) option.
ATTENTION: We do not handle shipments with the ALLEGRO ONE KURIER label.
How to correctly place an order Own label for another carrier:
Remember that the attached label should be in A6 format!
There are several carriers to choose from, but if your target carrier is not on the list, then select: OTHER courier (own label).
ATTENTION! For foreign Allegro labels, remember to specify the shipping number properly from the label - if you make a mistake, the system may download the wrong label!
After placing your order, your shipping costs - net - will be calculated in the shopping cart.
NOTE: DPD, GLS, UPS, ORLEN Paczka and INPOST carriers collect parcels regularly at the end of the working day. Orders placed before 12:00 are issued the same day, while for those placed after 12:00 the dispatch of the parcel may be postponed to the following day.
For other carriers: once the goods have been ordered and a label generated, you will need to report the collection to the courier company of your choice on your own. For orders placed before 12:00, the parcel should be ready the same day.

Step 4: Choose the type of payment and make the settlement
Pay your order
At Ikonka wholesale we offer 1 payment option: bank transfer.
When your customer has chosen prepayment and you have already received the money for the goods, place the order by choosing Prepayment.
We have also launched additional solutions to streamline the shipping process and ensure the fastest delivery for your customers. After the first three orders, we provide a four-day deferred payment period and a trade credit. In practice, this means that we send the goods to the customer immediately, without waiting for you to pay for the order, and you download the invoice from the Customer Panel and have 4 days to pay it.
If you do not pay such invoices within the agreed 4 days, you will receive a notice of default and shipments of goods will be stopped until the payment has been posted.
IMPORTANT! Trade credit is excluded in 2 cases:
when 30% of the value of the invoices is unpaid,
when the customer has not cooperated with us for 12 months.
It is also possible to issue a summary invoice for dropshipping orders - please contact your account manager for details.
Final steps for placing an order:
once you have chosen your delivery and payment method, click "I ORDER" and proceed to the shipping and remarks data,
complete the form with the address of the end customer. Also enter your contact details: complete address details with a telephone number will guarantee fast and secure shipping,
complete the notes: if you wish to select a colour or leave us a message regarding the goods you have ordered, please complete the "COMMENTS ON ORDER" field that appears below your order. We only ask for comments on the merchandise here - other comments may delay your order as they require human intervention.
