Import on order is a procedure for purchasing goods from a country outside the European Union that relieves the importer of many formalities. You, as our partner, choose the product you are interested in and we import it for you directly to your warehouse.

You can import any product - both those available on our wholesale website ikonka.eu and those outside our offer.
Import on order in practice
With joint import, your responsibilities are limited to selecting the product, completing the form, and agreeing on the details. Everything else - documentation, customs clearance, transport organization and delivery to your warehouse - is handled by us. You save both time and money!
Step by step process:
Product inquiry: Fill out the form and provide a link to the product you want to import. It can be an item available in the Ikonka online wholesale store or outside our offer.
Verification: We check whether it is possible to import the selected product (we review legal regulations, restrictions, and any limitations related to the product).
Pricing: We obtain a price directly from the manufacturer.
Response: We get back to you with information on whether the import is possible and what the costs will be. If our offer meets your expectations, we proceed with arranging the import.
Delivery and order collection: The goods are delivered directly to your warehouse.
For goods from the order (not included in our regular offer), we grant a 14-day start-up warranty covering the reporting of defects or inconsistencies with the order.
